Then, using their expertise and knowledge of the area, they helped us to refine our search in order to find the property that best suited us. Then, over a period of four months, they would regularly send us listings that matched our criteria and then take us to visit the properties that we liked. They would regularly share their opinion without trying to influence us. Once we found the property that we wanted, the team was able to get the paperwork started and recommend people for the inspection, mortgage, and other paperwork. They and/or a member of their team were always available to answer any questions that we had.
